As a result of the analysis of different methods to perform tonsillectomy, a new approach is suggested.
The approach is minimalistic and based on physiological principles.

It has been shown that the use of Mitomycin C at the end of the operation can prevent the formation of scars.
The first results of the study are promising. Interested otolaryngologists are kindly invited to participate in the study.
