Comparison of abdominal incisions
The goal of this project is to re-evaluate different abdominal incisions in use, to analyse any single step in every incision and to compare the clinical outcome, early and late complications etc.
Simulation
The NESA designs and promotes the next generation of simulators, so-called biosimulators, which will enable surgeons to become familiar with the new challenges brought about by Natural Orifice Surgery. Surgeons will be trained and certified prior to performing operations.
